1. Information We Collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, city, optional email and any project details you send. Our quote form also records your IP address, the date and time, the page and website you sent it from, the phone number shown to you, how you found us and any UTM campaign tags. Please do not send payment details, government ID or other sensitive information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your request to reply, prepare estimates, schedule visits and installation, and contact you by phone, text or email about your project. Campaign data tells us how people find us. We do not sell personal information.

3. Cookies and Third-Party Technology

Our site uses your browser’s session storage to remember which phone number and campaign tags applied to your visit while you move between pages. The site still works if your browser blocks storage.

We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Our contact and home pages include an embedded Google Map. Our review sections use a Trustindex widget to show Google reviews. These providers may receive device, IP, browsing or cookie data under their own policies. You can control cookies in your browser, though blocking some may stop these features from working.

4. When Information Is Shared

We send your request to our customer management system and to the providers we use for notifications and messaging, so we can reply. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business with appropriate safeguards. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. How We Protect Your Information

Our site uses HTTPS encryption. We check and clean each quote request before it is sent, encrypted, to our customer management system. Lead records and logs on our web host are not publicly accessible.

We limit who can access our hosting and customer records, keep software and passwords up to date, and keep only the information we need to handle requests. We do not collect payment or identity documents through this site. No system is completely secure. If a breach requires notice, we will follow applicable law, including Georgia’s data breach notification law, O.C.G.A. § 10-1-912.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry information for up to 24 months, unless the law or an ongoing project requires longer. Records are not deleted automatically; we review and remove them on that schedule. Contact us if you want yours reviewed for deletion sooner.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request, but we will not ask for unnecessary personal documents. We aim to respond within 45 days. Residents of some states may have additional rights under their state’s privacy laws. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

8. Text Messages

If we text you about your request, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, or call us. We do not collect separate consent for promotional texts through this site. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Children and External Links

This site is for adults arranging wallpaper work and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us. External links and embedded services follow their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
